Once your request is reviewed, our support team will share the return instructions and pickup details.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design, please mention it in your return email.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items bought during flash sales or clearance events.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamtshirt97@gmail.com with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll bear the return shipping charges.

  • For all other returns (e.g., size or preference change), customers will be responsible for return shipping.
